Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of dubaivisitvisaonline.com and the visa application assistance services provided by SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C. Please read them carefully before submitting an application.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the applicant") and SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our"), a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating the website dubaivisitvisaonline.com (the "Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting an application or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Payment Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimers, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility, Capacity and Authority

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You must not be barred from receiving our services under any applicable law or sanctions regime.
  • If you apply on behalf of another person — a family member, a child, a colleague or a client — you confirm that you are authorised to act for them, that you have their consent to submit their personal data and documents, and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
  • If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not, you accept these Terms personally and are personally liable under them.
  • You are responsible for all applications and transactions made through your account, whether or not you authorised them.

3. Who We Are — Independent Service, Not a Government Body

info

We are not affiliated with the UAE Government.

dubaivisitvisaonline.com is an independent commercial service operated by SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C.. We are not a government department, embassy, consulate or official visa authority, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with any government entity. Official information is available free of charge at u.ae.

You may apply directly through official government channels, typically at a lower cost. You choose to use our service for the convenience, review, guidance and support we provide. Our service fee is separate from and additional to any government fee. See our Disclaimers.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or immigration representation. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal advice.

4. Our Services

We provide visa application assistance, which may include:

  • Providing information about UAE visa types, requirements and processing options;
  • Reviewing your application details and supporting documents for completeness and obvious errors;
  • Preparing and submitting your application to the relevant UAE authority or an authorised channel;
  • Monitoring the status of your application and communicating updates to you;
  • Delivering the issued e-Visa to you electronically; and
  • Providing customer support throughout the process.

Our service is administrative and advisory in nature. We do not issue visas, and we cannot influence, expedite or overturn any decision made by the authorities. Some parts of the service may be delivered by independent contractors or third-party providers on our behalf.

5. Visa Decisions Rest Solely with the Government

gavel

The final decision on any visa is made exclusively by the UAE authorities.

All visa applications are assessed and decided by the competent UAE government authorities at their sole discretion. We cannot and do not guarantee that your visa will be approved, nor can we guarantee any particular processing time or outcome.

Approval, rejection, delay, cancellation or a request for additional documents is entirely outside our control. Payment of our fees secures our assistance with your application — it does not purchase, promise or guarantee a visa.

Authorities are not obliged to give reasons for a rejection, and often do not. Where we receive a reason, we will pass it on. A previous approval does not guarantee a future one, and holding a visa does not guarantee entry — admission to the UAE is determined by the immigration officer at the port of entry, who may refuse entry even to a holder of a valid visa.

6. Your Responsibilities

The accuracy of your application is your responsibility. Government systems match your data against your passport exactly, and even a small discrepancy can cause rejection. You agree to:

  • Provide information that is true, accurate, complete and current, matching your passport exactly (spelling, date of birth, passport number, expiry date and nationality);
  • Hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months from your intended date of entry;
  • Upload clear, genuine, unaltered and legible documents and photographs;
  • Respond promptly to any request from us or the authorities for further information or documents;
  • Review all details carefully before final submission and confirm they are correct;
  • Comply with all UAE laws and the conditions of your visa, including its validity and permitted stay; and
  • Comply with the laws applicable to you in your own country of residence.

We are not responsible for a rejection, delay, additional cost or denied entry caused by information or documents you supplied that were inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent. Once an application has been submitted to the authorities, corrections are generally not possible and a new application with new fees may be required.

7. Your Account and Security

  • You must keep your account information accurate, current and complete.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it periodically.
  • You must notify us immediately at info@skypalacetourism.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account, and you remain liable for losses we or others suffer as a result of such use.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that contains information we believe to be inaccurate or false.

8. Identity Verification and Recorded Communications

To prevent fraud and to comply with our obligations, we may ask you to verify your identity or your entitlement to use a payment method before we proceed — for example by providing government-issued photo identification or written authorisation from a cardholder. If you do not provide reasonable verification, we may decline or cancel the application; see our Payment Guidelines.

Calls and messages with our support team may be recorded or retained for training, quality assurance, fraud prevention and record-keeping. By contacting us you consent to this. Where a recording contains your personal data it is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Fees and Payments

The total price shown at checkout includes the applicable government fee and our service fee, itemised before you confirm. We accept card payments only. Full details of accepted cards, currency and conversion, verification, failed payments and chargebacks are set out in our Payment Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

  • Fees are payable in full in advance; we begin processing once payment has cleared.
  • We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the one displayed when you submit your order.
  • Government fees are set by the authorities and may change without notice. Where a fee changes after you pay, we may contact you about any difference before proceeding.
  • Your bank may apply conversion or cross-border charges. These are not levied by us and are not refundable by us.
  • VAT or other applicable taxes are charged where required by law.
  • We may charge reasonable administrative or processing fees to recover costs arising from chargebacks, failed payments or non-compliance with these Terms.
  • You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used. Fraudulent or unauthorised payments result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

10. Refund Policy — Fees Are Non-Refundable

payments

All fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted.

Government fees and our service fees are strictly non-refundable, including where a visa application is rejected, delayed, cancelled or withdrawn, and including where entry to the UAE is subsequently refused.

Our service fee pays for the work of preparing, reviewing, submitting and supporting your application. That work is performed regardless of the outcome, and the government fee is not returned to us by the authorities once an application is lodged.

By submitting an application and completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

  • A rejected application does not entitle you to a refund of any fee;
  • Processing times are estimates only, and a delay — however long — does not entitle you to a refund or compensation;
  • Changing your travel plans, cancelling your trip, or no longer needing the visa does not entitle you to a refund;
  • Errors in the information you supplied that lead to rejection do not entitle you to a refund, and resubmission requires payment of new fees; and
  • You waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period once processing has begun, as the service is performed immediately at your request.

Limited exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, refund our service fee (but not government or third-party fees already incurred) where: you cancel in writing before we have submitted your application to the authorities; we are unable to provide the service at all due to our own error; or you were charged more than once in error for the same application. Approved refunds are returned only to the original card.

Any request relating to a refund must be raised with us, together with any documents we reasonably request, within three (3) days of the event giving rise to it, so that we can investigate while records are available.

11. Processing Times

Any processing time we quote (including "standard" and "express" options) is an estimate based on typical experience, not a guarantee. Actual timeframes are controlled by the authorities and may be affected by application volume, public holidays, security or background checks, incomplete documents, or system outages.

We strongly recommend that you do not book non-refundable flights, accommodation or other travel arrangements until your visa has been issued. We accept no liability for costs incurred as a result of a visa not being issued in time.

12. Communications

We will communicate with you using the email address and phone number you provide. It is your responsibility to keep these accurate and to monitor them, including your spam or junk folder. We are not responsible for any consequence of you failing to receive or act on a message because your contact details were incorrect or our messages were filtered.

By using our service you consent to receive transactional messages about your application by email, SMS and messaging apps such as WhatsApp. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; you cannot opt out of essential messages about your application.

13. Availability of the Website

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We accept no liability for such unavailability and may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website without notice.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Submit false, forged, stolen or fraudulently obtained information or documents;
  • Apply on behalf of another person without their knowledge and authorisation;
  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate illegal entry, human trafficking or immigration fraud;
  • Harvest or collect personal data of other users without their express written consent;
  • Publish or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or obscene;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or other users' data, or to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Website;
  • Introduce malware, viruses or any other harmful or disruptive code;
  • Circumvent any access control or security measure;
  • Make false or deceptive statements about us or our services; or
  • Copy, republish, modify or resell our services or content commercially without our prior written consent.

15. Our Reservation of Rights

We may deny, cancel, suspend, lock or modify access to the Website, your account or any service — without notice where appropriate — including in order to:

  • Correct a mistake made by us, such as an incorrect price or duplicated order;
  • Prevent, investigate or respond to suspected fraud, abuse or misuse;
  • Comply with a court order, applicable law, or a request from a law enforcement or public authority;
  • Protect the integrity, security or stability of our systems, partners or other users;
  • Defend or bring a legal claim, or avoid civil or criminal liability; or
  • Respond to abusive, harassing or threatening behaviour towards our staff.

Where we cancel a service because you have breached these Terms, no refund is due. Where we cancel for our own convenience and you are not at fault, we will refund the fees you paid for the affected service.

16. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Visa rules, fees and requirements change frequently and we do not warrant that all content is accurate, complete or current at all times. Content is general information only and is not advice for your specific circumstances. Our full disclaimers are set out on the Disclaimers page and form part of these Terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C., its directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services.

In particular, we are not liable for:

  • The rejection, delay, cancellation or revocation of any visa by the authorities;
  • Refusal of entry to the UAE by an immigration officer;
  • Any loss arising from cancelled, missed or rearranged travel, including flights, accommodation, tours and bookings;
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information or documents supplied by you;
  • Acts, omissions, delays, system failures or policy changes of any government authority;
  • Unauthorised access to our servers, viruses, or interruption of the Website;
  • The content, conduct or practices of any third party or linked website; or
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including outages, strikes, natural events, epidemics or civil disruption.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the specific application giving rise to the claim, excluding government fees and third-party charges.

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, failing which it is permanently barred, to the extent such a limitation is permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C. and its directors, officers, employees, agents and third-party service providers against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or our services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or any false, misleading or fraudulent information or document you have supplied. This obligation survives termination of your agreement with us.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout and software — is the property of SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with your application. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify or exploit it commercially without our prior written consent.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services — including payment processing, identity verification, messaging, analytics, insurance providers and government portals. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and you release us from any liability arising from your use of them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

21. Personal Data and Cookies

Our handling of your personal data — including passport and identity documents, the parties we share it with, international transfers and the rights you can exercise — is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. By using the Website you acknowledge those policies, including that your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, the law or government requirements. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. The Terms that apply to your application are those in force at the time you submitted it. Your continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or our services at any time. We may close your account or refuse service where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by law. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination — including fees, refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

24. General

These Terms form part of our wider set of Legal Agreements, which also set out the order of precedence between our policies and general provisions on severability, assignment, waiver, third-party rights and language. In summary: each provision operates separately and an unenforceable provision is severed without affecting the rest; you may not assign your rights without our consent while we may assign ours to a successor; a delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it; and these Terms confer no benefit on third parties other than those we expressly protect.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
