Digital Services Act

Information for users and authorities under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act): how to contact us, how to report content you believe is illegal, and how we handle those reports.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

The Digital Services Act ("DSA") sets obligations for online services offered to users in the European Union, including a clear point of contact and a mechanism for reporting illegal content. This page sets out how SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C. meets those expectations for users who access dubaivisitvisaonline.com from the EU.

We are established in the United Arab Emirates and operate a service that publishes our own informational content and processes visa applications. We are not a marketplace, social network or content-sharing platform, and we do not host user-generated content published to the public. The obligations that apply to very large online platforms do not apply to us. We nevertheless provide the reporting route below as a matter of good practice, and it is open to anyone.

2. Single Point of Contact

Contact point for users and authorities

Email: info@skypalacetourism.com
Postal address: SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C., Al Mankhool, CBD Bank Building, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Web form: Contact page

This single point of contact may be used by users of the service, by Member State authorities, by the European Commission and by the European Board for Digital Services to communicate with us directly.

Our working language for communication is English. We will make reasonable efforts to accept correspondence in other official EU languages, but responses may be issued in English and translation may extend response times.

3. Reporting Illegal or Unsuitable Content

If you believe that content on dubaivisitvisaonline.com is illegal, infringes your rights, or is otherwise unsuitable, you can notify us at any time using the contact details above. Anyone may submit a report — you do not need to be a customer.

What to include

To allow us to assess a report properly, please provide:

  1. The exact URL (and, where relevant, a screenshot) identifying the content precisely;
  2. A clear explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal or otherwise in breach — including, where you can, the law or right you believe is infringed;
  3. Any evidence supporting your report;
  4. Your name and email address — optional, but required if you want an acknowledgement and a decision; and
  5. A statement confirming that, to the best of your knowledge, the information in your report is accurate and complete.

Anonymous reports are accepted and will still be reviewed, but we cannot acknowledge them or tell you the outcome. Reports concerning child sexual abuse material or a credible threat to life may be referred directly to law enforcement.

4. How We Handle Reports

  • Acknowledgement — where you provided an email address, we confirm receipt without undue delay.
  • Assessment — we review the report in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. Decisions are made by trained staff; we do not use fully automated decision-making to remove content.
  • Action — where a report is upheld we may edit or remove the content, restrict access to it, correct the underlying information, or suspend an account responsible for it.
  • Notification — we inform the reporter of our decision and the reasons for it, and where an account holder is affected we give them a statement of reasons.

Reports that are manifestly unfounded, abusive or submitted repeatedly in bad faith may be deprioritised or, after warning, disregarded.

5. Complaints and Redress

If you are the reporter and disagree with our decision, or your content or account has been restricted and you believe that was wrong, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or writing to info@skypalacetourism.com within six months of being notified. Please include the original reference and explain why you consider the decision incorrect.

Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not responsible for the original decision. If we conclude the decision was wrong, we reverse it promptly.

Using this internal process does not affect your right to pursue a remedy before a court, or to use any out-of-court dispute settlement body available to you under applicable law.

6. Orders from Authorities

Where we receive an order from a Member State judicial or administrative authority to act against specific illegal content, or an order to provide information, we will respond without undue delay and inform the issuing authority of the effect given to the order. We will also inform the affected user where we are legally permitted to do so.

7. Trusted Flaggers

We give priority handling to reports submitted by entities awarded trusted-flagger status by a Digital Services Coordinator, within their designated area of expertise. Such entities should identify their status and the awarding Coordinator when submitting a report.

8. Content Moderation and Automated Tools

Our website content is written and published by us, so routine moderation is limited. Where we operate interactive features — such as support tickets, uploaded documents and enquiry forms — we apply automated tools for spam filtering, malware scanning and fraud detection. These tools flag material for human review; they do not by themselves make decisions to remove content or suspend accounts.

Restrictions we may apply are described in our Terms & Conditions, which set out the conduct expected of users.

9. Transparency Reporting

We publish information about our content-moderation activity at least once a year, covering the number and nature of reports received, orders received from authorities, the action taken, the median time to respond, and the number of appeals and their outcomes. Where we have received no reports in a period, we will state that.

A copy of the current statement is available on request from info@skypalacetourism.com.

10. Advertising and Recommender Systems

We do not operate an advertising marketplace on this website and we do not display third-party behavioural advertising to visitors. We do not use profiling-based recommender systems to rank content for you. Any marketing we send you is on the basis described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time.

11. Changes

We may update this page to reflect changes in our service or in applicable law. The current version is always published here with the "Last updated" date shown above.
