Independent — not the government

We're an independent visa-support service, not the UAE government and not a law firm. The official portal is u.ae. We never call ourselves "official" — honest agents don't.

You can cancel and be refunded before we begin processing your application. Once processing has started, fees are non-refundable and a full refund is no longer possible. If the visa is rejected, the government visa fee and the admin fee are non-refundable, as those costs have already been paid to the authorities.
