The price you pay us includes both the government fee and our separate service fee. That service fee covers the assistance we provide — form preparation, document review, submission, status tracking and support. It is a convenience and support service, not an official surcharge.

3. We Do Not Decide Visa Outcomes

A granted visa also does not guarantee entry. Admission to the UAE is decided by the immigration officer at the port of entry, who may refuse entry even to the holder of a valid visa. We have no involvement in and no liability for that decision.

We are not a law firm and we are not licensed immigration advocates. Nothing on this website, and nothing said by our staff, constitutes legal advice or creates a lawyer–client relationship. Our guidance is practical and administrative only.
