1. The Agreement Between Us
When you access dubaivisitvisaonline.com, create an account, submit an application or make a payment, you enter into a binding agreement with SKY PALACE TOURISM L.L.C., trading as Dubai Visit Visa Online.
That agreement is made up of the documents listed below. They are incorporated into one another by reference and should be read together as a single set of terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use our website or services.

Terms & Conditions
The master agreement covering eligibility, your responsibilities, service scope, government decision authority, fees, refunds, liability and governing law.
Payment Guidelines
Accepted card payments, currency and taxes, billing verification, failed payments, chargebacks and our non-refundable fee policy.
Privacy Policy
What personal and passport data we collect, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise.
Cookie Policy
The cookie categories we use, what each is for, the third parties involved and how you can control or withdraw consent.
Disclaimers
Our status as an independent commercial provider, the limits of the information we publish and what we do not warrant.
Digital Services Act
Our point of contact, how to report illegal or unsuitable content, how we handle reports and our transparency commitments.
3. Order of Precedence
We aim to keep these documents consistent. If a genuine conflict arises, the following order applies, with the higher item prevailing over the lower for the subject it governs:
- Any specific written agreement signed between you and us;
- The Terms & Conditions (the master agreement);
- The Payment Guidelines for anything relating to payment, billing and refunds;
- The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for anything relating to personal data;
- The Disclaimers and any other notice published on the website.
Product-specific terms shown at the point of purchase — for example the terms of an optional travel insurance policy — apply in addition to these documents for that product.
4. Acceptance and Which Version Applies
You accept these agreements by using the website, ticking the acceptance box during an application, or completing a payment. The version that governs a particular application is the version in force at the time that application was submitted. We keep records of published versions.
5. Changes
We may amend these documents to reflect changes to our services, to government requirements, or to the law. Amendments take effect when published, and the "Last updated" date changes. Where a change materially affects your rights we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or an on-site notice.
Your continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the service; changes do not retroactively alter the terms applying to an application already submitted.
6. General Provisions
Entire agreement
These documents constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and our services, and supersede any prior discussions, representations or understandings.
Severability
Each provision operates separately. If any provision is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No waiver
If we do not insist that you perform an obligation, or delay in enforcing a right, that is not a waiver and does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign ours to a successor entity, for example on a restructuring or sale of the business. These agreements bind and benefit each party's permitted successors and assigns.
No third-party beneficiaries
These agreements are between you and us. They confer no rights or benefits on any third party, except that our limitations of liability also protect our directors, employees, agents and service providers.
Headings
Section titles and numbering are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
Language
These documents are published in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience and there is a discrepancy, the English version prevails.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These agreements, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you locally. We make no representation that our services or content are appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.
