Abu Dhabi Free Entry Visa Initiative
Indian passport holders traveling from India can receive a complimentary UAE entry visa when booking an Abu Dhabi holiday package.
- Validity Period: August 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold an Indian passport and depart directly from India.
- Booking must include a minimum 3 consecutive nights at an Abu Dhabi hotel.
- Package must include a return flight and be booked through an authorized travel partner or online travel agency (OTA).
- Capacity Limit: Pilot program capped at the first 20,000 visas.
Expanded Visa-on-Arrival Eligibility
The UAE expanded its visa-on-arrival scheme to include citizens of 6 additional countries:
Eligible Passport Holders: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Kenya, and South Africa.
Key Requirement:
Passport holders (and accompanying family) must hold a valid visa or residence permit from at least one of the following regions/countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- European Union (EU Member States)
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, or Singapore
